| လစဉ်လတိုင်း ဖိုရမ်ရဲ့ Active ဖြစ်ပြီး Knowledge ပြန် Share ပေးသောမင်ဘာများထဲမှ အကောင်းဆုံးမင်ဘာကိုရွေးချယ်သောပွဲဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ရွေးချယ်ခြင်းခံရသော Member ကိုလည်း MOTM Award ကိုပေးအပ်ပြီးဖိုရမ်အတွက်ရာထူးပေးရန်ရွေးချယ်ဖို့ထည့်သွင်းစဉ်းစားခြင်းခံရသူလည်းဖြစ်သည်။ Member များအနေဖြင့်မိမိနှစ်သက်သော MOTM Member ကိုရွေးချယ်ပြီး Vote လုပ်ရပါမည်။ Vote လုပ်ပြီးရင်ဘာကြောင့် ရွေးချယ်ရလဲဆိုတာ Comment ရေးပြီး အကြောင်းပြချက်ပေးစေပါသည်။ |
